A SUCCESS....As usual, my complete monitoring for the nutrition, in the bicol region, the program implementation review, from april 11 to 14, resulted eye openers for the first time attendees, and with the resulted of a successful implementation in the milagros area for the lactation management program. Though there was a miscommunication for the venue at rendezvous beach resort., a new strategy, for the successful implementation of the next programs in the by the month of may , june or july..this is for the iycf (infant , young child feeding) , that will be done throughout bicol region to be held at selected venued per each district of correspondence.,,as ineitially, researched that in Masbate, suggested area for the 3rd district could be dimasalang town area, where, most of the town have crossroads, (like cataingan, esperenza etc...), comprising the southern towns of masbate, going to cebu area, wherein in the 2nd district, (could be in masbate area, (rendevous, nursery area, bayview area, ) or could be in mobo(bitoon beach, where the source of water in masbate come from),,that would cover, milagros, arroroy, and the northern part of masbate, near roxas city(wherein most of the languages are spoken ilonggo), and the first district which is considered the most popolous, composed of burias island (claveria and san pascual, could be held at claveria, the center( near pioduran and san pascual near pasacao), and at ticao island (composed of san fernando, san jacinto, batuan and monreal could be held in san jacinto or san fernando, which is very near bulan,...) ....and the venues could be held in the same areas as before,,,, but must be well managed in camarines norte and catanduanes areas......god bless us all!!!!!

Its always better, the second time around. The nite before this trip to masbate to accompany my wife Arlene for the PIR(Program Implementation Review), in Masbate, which includes lmtp, (lactation management training program) for all the hospitals in region 5, the bicol region, the first in the Philippines together with AHMP(Accelerated Hunger Mitigation Program), And indeed our trip was an excellent one, very nice weather and thanks God a very smooth one. Today is the first day of the PIR, and I got some feedbacks of its success at least I heard one on lactation implementation on Milagros town, with good local executives supportive of the nutrition program., plus Claveria town of the Island District(1st dsitrict from Burias town), wherein the mnao(municipal action officer), a nutritionist, was the first one to arrive since., sunday. For me it is always a whole trip(complete), wherein my first duty is to accompany my wife "A good husband accompanies his wife whenever she travels" , Also i have tested my virtual/mobile office, wherein, i could work, wherever i am with my laptop computer.., with the globe tatto bro,, i can do internet where-ever i am., most especially in updating my websites....for the national nutrition council region 5., my way of covering my wifes, office with my quadra-media organization..(print,radio,television and internet or info media print for short). GOD BLESS US ALL AND OUR FAMILIES ALWYAS....
